Common use of Tangible Embodiments Clause in Contracts

Tangible Embodiments. Any and all written or tangible embodiments of information disclosed to CONTRACTOR by PENCOM or CCSI hereunder shall be and remain the property of CCSI, and CONTRACTOR agrees promptly to return such tangible embodiments, including any copy thereof, to PENCOM upon completion of this Agreement.
