Common use of Tangible Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest, in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "Tangible Personal Property").

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest, without warranty (except special warranty of title), in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, and generally described on Schedule 2.1.3, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "Tangible Personal Property").

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, interest in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, including those items set forth on Exhibit G hereto, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned or leased by Seller’s property manager or tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest, without warranty, in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned or leased by Seller's property manager or tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "Tangible Personal PropertyTANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY").

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, without warranty, in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest, interest in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other to all tangible personal property, if any, property owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in as of the Closing and used in connection with the operationFacilities, ownership or management of the Real Propertyincluding, but specifically excluding any items not limited to, all machinery, equipment, tools, fixtures, parts, supplies, furniture, furnishings, and motor vehicles and personal computers, all of personal property owned by tenants at or which are set forth on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller Schedule 2.1 (collectively, a) (the "Tangible Personal Property").;

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, interest in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies supplies, marketing materials, brochures and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned or leased by Seller’s property manager or tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, without warranty except as may be expressly provided herein, in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, without warranty, in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used exclusively in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, interest in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, property owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned or leased by Seller’s property manager or tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller Seller, but specifically including, without limitation, the items listed on Exhibit O hereto (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, without warranty, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement, in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest-------------------------- interest in and to tangible personal property utilized in the operation of the Land and Property, including, without limitation, all of Seller's right, title and interest in the following tangible personal property: equipment, fixtures, and all other tangible personal property of Seller which is used, or which has been acquired for use, in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management operation of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property Land and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller Improvements (collectively, the "Tangible Personal Property").

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest, if any, in the and to all appliances, equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies machinery and other tangible personal property, if any, located on or about the Land and the Improvements, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operationoperation and maintenance thereof, ownership or management excluding any property of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "Tangible Personal Property").

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest, interest in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "Tangible Personal Property").

All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, without warranty (except warranty of title), in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other any tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

Tangible Personal Property. Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest, with special warranty of title, in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "Tangible Personal Property").

All of each Seller's rightrights, title and interest, interests in and to the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if anylocated on, owned by Seller and now within, over or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of under the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property or owned by tenants at or on either Seller that are used solely in the operation of the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "Tangible Personal Property").

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, interest in the building equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies machinery and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any (a) items of office equipment and furniture owned by Seller, (b) personal property owned or leased by Seller’s property manager or tenants at or on the Real Property Property, and further excluding any (c) items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's Sellers’ right, title and interest, interest in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller Sellers and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, including those items set forth on Exhibit G hereto, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned or leased by Sellers’ property manager or tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller Sellers (collectively, the "Tangible Personal Property").

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned or leased by tenants Seller’s property manager at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

All of Seller's ’s right, title and interest, interest in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real Property, specifically including the furniture owned by Seller located on the first and third floors of the Improvements, as well as the furniture, fixtures and equipment owned by Seller in the existing gym and work out facility and the café located within the Improvements, but specifically excluding any items of personal the property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property described in Schedule 2.1.2 and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and or leased to Seller (collectively, the "“Tangible Personal Property"”).

Tangible Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest, interest in the equipment, machinery, furniture, furnishings, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller and now or hereafter located in on and used in connection with the operation, ownership or management of the Real PropertyProperty including, without limitation, the items described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, but specifically excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants at or on the Real Property and further excluding any items of personal property owned by third parties and leased to Seller (collectively, the "Tangible Personal Property").
