Common use of Tanks Clause in Contracts

Tanks. Except as previously disclosed to Ridgestone in writing and except as set forth on Schedule 3.16, to Borrower’s knowledge after reasonable investigation, there are not now nor have there ever been tanks, containers or other vessels on, under or at the Property that contained petroleum products or hazardous substances or other materials which, if known to be present in soils or ground water, would require cleanup, removal or other remedial action under Environmental Laws.
