Target Percentage. The Transfer Agent shall strive in each of the foregoing categories to complete 100% of the processing within the timeframe noted; however, for purposes of this Schedule, the Transfer Agent shall be deemed to have met the Service Level when it achieves the Target Turnaround Percentage specified above.
