Common use of Target Performance Bonus Clause in Contracts

Target Performance Bonus. An amount equal to your target annual performance bonus for the year in which the covered termination occurred, less all applicable withholdings and deductions. This target annual performance bonus amount will be paid in a lump sum on the same day as the first Change of Control Salary Continuation payment;

Target Performance Bonus. An amount equal to 50% of your target annual performance bonus for the year in which the covered termination occurred, less all applicable withholdings and deductions. This target annual performance bonus amount will be paid in a lump sum on the same day as the first Change of Control Salary Continuation payment;

Target Performance Bonus. An amount equal to 150% of your target annual performance bonus for the year in which the covered termination occurred, less all applicable withholdings and deductions. This target annual performance bonus amount will be paid in a lump sum on the same day as the first Change of Control Salary Continuation payment;
