Target Population and Geographic Area. Target Population: Contractor shall provide the services described herein to the following target population: Approximately 18,782 County employees. Employees include non-salaried (both represented and non-represented), salaried, and executive employees of the County of San Diego. Geographical/Regional Area Employees are employed in areas across the County of San Diego. Specific Requirements for Service Delivery for 2022 Survey and subsequent optional 2024, 2026, 2028 and 2030 surveys.
