Target Year 2004 Clause Samples
The 'Target Year 2004' clause establishes 2004 as a specific reference year for the purposes of the agreement. This means that any calculations, benchmarks, or performance measures outlined in the contract are based on data, standards, or conditions as they existed in 2004. For example, financial targets, emission levels, or production outputs may be compared to those from 2004 to assess progress or compliance. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear and consistent baseline, ensuring all parties have a common point of reference for evaluating obligations or achievements under the agreement.
