TARGETED PROJECTS. 1. By mutual agreement, the Local Union and the Contractor may target projects to be bid at lesser rates than those above, if necessary to secure the work. 2. The Contractor signing this Agreement shall be advised of these targeted projects. There shall be no less than four (4) or more than eight (8) targeted projects per calendar quarter. 3. If the Local Union cannot supply manpower at agreed targeted projects, then the Contractor may recruit workmen from other sources.
