Common use of TARGETING CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

TARGETING CLAUSE. 33.1 When, in the opinion of the local union business manager and the Canadian Automatic Sprinkler Association, certain specific jobs requiring special conditions that will not permit the fulfilment of all the articles of this agreement and it is found necessary that with some modification of this agreement such work could be secured and/or such special conditions could be accommodated by mutual agreement between local union and the Canadian Automatic Sprinkler Association by making such arrangements to govern the changes and disclosure upon request to the other parties bound to this agreement and such shall not be considered a violation of this agreement.
