TARIFF NOMENCLATURE. The tariff nomenclature used by Member States for the classification of goods shall be the ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) and its amendments thereof, based on the latest versions of the Harmonised System of the WCO. The rates of customs duties and taxes shall be set out in official publications of Member States.

TARIFF NOMENCLATURE. 1. The ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature shall be based on the 6-digit Harmonised Commodity Description and Coding System (HS) of the WCO and the amendments thereto. 2. Member States shall, for tariff purposes, use a common tariff nomenclature at the 8-digit level. The ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature beyond the 8-digit level may be used for statistical and other purposes. 3. Member States may amend the ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature in accordance with Article 10 of this Agreement.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • HOT LIST PRICING At any time during this Contract, Supplier may offer a specific selection of Equipment, Products, or Services at discounts greater than those listed in the Contract. When Supplier determines it will offer Hot List Pricing, it must be submitted electronically to Sourcewell in a line-item format. Equipment, Products, or Services may be added or removed from the Hot List at any time through a Sourcewell Price and Product Change Form as defined in Article 4 below. Hot List program and pricing may also be used to discount and liquidate close-out and discontinued Equipment and Products as long as those close-out and discontinued items are clearly identified as such. Current ordering process and administrative fees apply. Hot List Pricing must be published and made available to all Participating Entities.

The employer retains the authority to establish reasonable rules and procedures regarding frequency of issue, replacement of damaged glasses, limits on reimbursement costs and coordination with the employer's vision plan.

Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Tariff References 2.5.1 Wherever any Commission ordered tariff provision or rate is cited or quoted herein, it is understood that said cite encompasses any revisions or modifications to said tariff. 2.5.2 Wherever any Commission ordered tariff provision or rate is incorporated, cited or quoted herein, it is understood that said incorporation or reference applies only to the entity within the state whose Commission ordered that tariff.
