Task 9: Development of Subcontracting Plan. The Construction Manager shall develop its subcontracting plan in accordance with all requirements listed below as well as all applicable. Prior to both (a) soliciting any qualifications, proposals or bids for subcontracts, and (b) submitting a bid for a Construction Contract for the Project or a portion thereof, the Construction Manager shall submit to the Department for its review and approval a reasonable procedure for the conduct of the procurement and approval processes applicable to subcontracts.
