Task Order Small Business (SB) Subcontracting Credit for Ordering Agencies. Until such time the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) permits the socio- economic subcontracting dollars on Task Orders to be credited to the Ordering Agency, small business socio-economic dollars will be accumulated and reported at the Master Contract level. Depending on the outcome of the anticipated FAR change pursuant to Small Business (SB) regulations at 13 CFR 125.3(h)(3), SBA has decided as a matter of policy that the funding of a Task Order should receive credit toward its small business subcontracting goals for a Task Order awarded under another agency's contract. In this expected eventuality, the Government may require Contractors to provide SB subcontracting plans and/or SB subcontracting reports (e.g. eSRS—Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System) at the Task Order level.
