Task Orders. A. Some tasks and Services will be assigned to the Consultant through issuance of Task Orders. After the tasks and Services are identified and communicated to the Consultant by Valley Water Project Manager, Consultant will prepare a proposed Task Order (see Standard Consultant Agreement, Appendix Three Task Order Template).
