TAURANGA HOSPITAL. An employee shall be paid for a minimum of three hours, or for actual working and travelling time, whichever is the greater at T1.5 except that calls between 2000 – 0800, Saturday midday to Sunday/Monday midnight, on a Public Holiday and from Midnight Friday to 0800 Saturday shall be paid at T2 WHAKATANE HOSPITAL: An employee shall be paid for a minimum 2 hours or for actual traveling and working time whichever is the greater, at the appropriate overtime rate. Except that from 23 December 2011, all callbacks on statutory holidays shall be paid at T2.
