TAURANGA HOSPITAL. An employee shall be paid for a minimum of three hours, or for actual working and travelling time, whichever is the greater at T1.5 except that calls between 2000 – 0800, Saturday midday to Sunday/Monday midnight, on a Public Holiday and from Midnight Friday to 0800 Saturday shall be paid at T2 WHAKATANE HOSPITAL: An employee shall be paid for a minimum 2 hours or for actual traveling and working time whichever is the greater, at the appropriate overtime rate.
