Tax Approvals. Pension and Welfare Plan revisions are all subject to and conditioned upon receipt of satisfactory tax rulings, if such are necessary, from appropriate Federal and state agencies. If unsatisfactory rulings are received, the Parties will meet to make required changes in the Plan(s) to comply with the rulings.
