Common use of TAX COLLECTION Clause in Contracts

TAX COLLECTION. 37.1. Customer knows, understands and agrees that, in general, Tample does not collect tax for any authority in any form or manner. 37.2. Without limiting the foregoing, it is Customer's obligation alone to calculate and pay all taxes applicable to you in Customer's country of residence, or otherwise arising as a result of Customer's trading activity from the use of the Tample's services. 37.3. Without derogating from Customer's sole and entire responsibility to perform tax payments, Customer agrees that Tample may deduct tax, as may be required by the applicable law, but is not obligated to do so, from the results of the activity with Tample. 37.4. Customer is aware that amounts that may be withdrawn by Customer from Customer's account are "gross amounts", from which Tample may deduct such taxes, and that Customer shall have no claim towards Tample with regard to such deductions.

Without derogating from Customer's sole and entire responsibility to perform tax payments, Customer agrees that Tample Infinex may deduct tax, as may be required by the applicable law, but is not obligated to do so, from the results of the activity with TampleInfinex. 37.4. Customer is aware that amounts that may be withdrawn by Customer from Customer's account are "gross amounts", from which Tample Infinex may deduct such taxes, and that Customer shall have no claim towards Tample Infinex with regard to such deductions.
