Tax Exempt Certificates. The Contractor shall obtain and shall cause its Subcontractors and material suppliers to obtain all necessary tax exempt certificates including, without limitation, Contractor Exempt Purchase Certificates (Form ST-120.1), and shall furnish and shall cause its Subcontractors to furnish the same to all persons or entities from which they purchase Materials and Equipment for the performance of the Contract Work.
