Tax Reporting Responsibility. The Servicers shall be solely responsible for fulfilling all reporting obligations under applicable tax laws with respect to compensation paid to Associates and for any withholding of taxes from compensation paid to the Associates, including, without limitation, FICA, FUTA, and federal, state and local income taxes.
