Foot Protection The Employer reserves the right to require the wearing of foot protection by employees. If You have a line of credit with Us, transfers will be made first from Your primary share Account, provided You have enough available funds in that Account, then from Your line of credit up to Your available credit limit, and then We may elect to pay such overdraft, subject to any preference You have indicated to Us for clearing any overdraft(s). Overdraft transfers are subject to a transfer fee. You hold Us harmless from any and all liability which might otherwise exist if a transfer does not occur.

In the event that Xxxxxx fails to comply with this Agreement, Company may, without prejudice to any other legal or contractual rights, issue an order stopping all or any part of the work; thereafter a start order for resumption of work may be issued at Company’s discretion. Seller shall make no claim for an extension of time or for compensation or damages by reason of or in connection with such work stoppage. In addition, Company may require, in writing, that Seller remove from the work any employee the Company deems unsafe, incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.
