Common use of Tax Security Clause in Contracts

Tax Security. The Interconnection Customer’s provision of Security with respect to the Interconnection Customer’s tax indemnification obligations, provided in accordance with Section 11 of this Attachment 2. (qq) Trial Operation: The period during which the Interconnection Customer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of an Electric Generating Unit prior to Commercial Operation.

Tax Security. The Interconnection Customer’s provision of Security with respect to the Interconnection Customer’s tax indemnification obligations, provided in accordance with Section 11 of this Attachment 2. (qqoo) Trial Operation: The period during which the Interconnection Customer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of an Electric Generating Unit prior to Commercial Operation.
