Tax Service Contracts. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Servicer has obtained a life of loan, transferable real estate Tax Service Contract with an Approved Tax Service Contract Provider, and to the extent this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Article IX hereof, such Tax Service Contract is assignable to the Owner or the Owner's designee.
