Tax warranties and indemnities. 14.1 The Insurer shall at all times be entitled to rely on the documentation, financial information and any data provided by the Intermediary that is required for the purposes of preparing any calculations and/or returns to be furnished to the South African Revenue Services ("SARS"), whether as part of a bordereau, report or otherwise, and the Intermediary indemnifies and holds the Indemnified Parties harmless against any damages, Losses or claims which it may incur or suffer due to errors or unexplained discrepancies in respect of or arising from the documentation, data or information provided as herein contemplated.
