Common use of Taxes and Fees Clause in Contracts

Taxes and Fees. Taxes and applicable local, state, and federal regulatory fees should not be included in the price proposal. Applicable taxes and regulatory fees will be added to the net amount invoiced. The City is liable for state, city, and county sales taxes but is exempt from Federal Excise Tax and will furnish exemption certificates upon request.
