Taxes and National Social Security in Country of Domicile or Origin. 1The Employee is responsible for all and any declarations and payments regarding taxes, social security contributions and similar charges in the jurisdiction where the Employee is tax resident and liable for taxes on the worldwide income or in any jurisdiction other than at the place pursuant to sec. 7.1 para. 1. 2The costs for the declaration and payments to the Tax and Social Security Authorities in any jurisdiction pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall be on his/her own account. 3If the Company becomes liable towards any public authorities or other competent bodies for any declarations and payments regarding taxes, social security contributions and similar charges in any jurisdiction pursuantto the first paragraph above, the Company will claim reimbursementfor these payments and related expenses from the Employee.
