Taxes and Other Fees. All fees charged by RagingWire for Services are exclusive of all taxes and similar fees, now in force or enacted in the future, imposed on the transaction and/or the delivery of Services. Customer agrees that it will be responsible for and will pay in full all such taxes and similar fees, except for taxes based on RagingWire's net income. For purposes of this Section 5.5 only, all Services shall be deemed provided at the Data Center where such Services originated.
