TAXES AND STAMP DUTIES. The Issuers and the Guarantor jointly and severally agree to pay any and all stamp and other documentary taxes or duties which may be payable in Germany, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Belgium or Switzerland in connection with the execution, delivery, performance and enforcement of this Agreement, the Deed of Covenant or the Deed of Guarantee.
