Common use of TAXES AND STAMP DUTIES Clause in Contracts

TAXES AND STAMP DUTIES. The Issuer or, failing the Issuer, the Guarantor agrees to pay any and all stamp and other documentary taxes or duties which may be payable in connection with the execution, delivery, performance and enforcement of this Agreement by the Paying Agent.
