TAXES AND STAMP DUTIES. 26.1 The Issuer agrees to pay any and all stamp and other documentary taxes or duties which may be payable in connection with the execution, delivery, performance and enforcement of this Agreement. 26.2 Subject to the provisions of Condition 6, all payments by the Issuer under this Agreement will be made without withholding or deduction for or on account of any present or future taxes or duties of whatever nature imposed or levied by or on behalf of any Tax Jurisdiction unless such withholding or deduction is required by law. In such event, the Issuer will pay such additional amounts as shall be necessary in order that the net amounts received in respect of such payments after such withholding or deduction shall equal the amounts which would otherwise have been receivable in respect of such payments in the absence of such withholding or deduction.
