TAXES AND STAMP DUTIES. The relevant Issuer undertakes to pay any and all stamp, registration and other documentary taxes or duties (including any interest or penalties thereon or in connection therewith) which may be payable by the Agents or the Trustee in connection with the execution, delivery, performance and enforcement of this Agreement.
