Taxes, Duties or Charges. In addition to the price for the Services, Customer agrees to pay, upon demand, all taxes (including, without limitation, sales, use, excise, turnover or value added taxes), duties, fees, charges or assessments of any nature (but excluding any income taxes) (“Taxes”) assessed or levied in connection with performance of this Agreement.
