TAXES, LICENSES AND PERMITS. Contractor shall pay all taxes imposed by law in connection with the Work, except the Town of Superior Sales Tax, for purchases within the Town, and shall procure all permits and licenses necessary for the prosecution of the Work. Contractor shall obtain a Town tax-exempt number for the sales tax exemption.
