TAXES, LICENSES AND PERMITS. A. The Consultant shall procure and maintain a Town Business License in accordance with FHMC Chapter 5.04, Business Taxes, Licenses and Regulations, prior to beginning work under this Agreement. The Consultant shall also be responsible for ensuring that all Consultants and sub-Consultants obtain a Town Business License.
