Common use of TCP Services Clause in Contracts

TCP Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, TCP grants to Client, its Affiliates and their Designated Users a limited, non- transferable (except in compliance with Section 22), nonexclusive right and subscription license to access and use the TCP Services during the Term only for the internal business purposes of processing, storing and maintaining Client Data. TCP shall provide to Client the TCP Services during the Term in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms outlined in an Order Form or Hardware Support and Maintenance Agreement, as applicable.
