Common use of TCP Clause in Contracts

TCP. The CONTRACTOR shall implement TCP as the model for service delivery and treatment/care planning. All clinical staff shall be trained in TCP and shall practice to TCP standards and philosophy. Staff shall develop a case formulation and TCP treatment/care plan as delineated in the BHSD’s TCP curriculum. The BHSD shall offer TCP training and support for training trainers.
