Common use of Teacher Licensing Clause in Contracts

Teacher Licensing. As required under IC § 20-5.5-6-5(a), the Organizer hereby represents that all individuals who teach in the Charter School during the term of the Charter shall: 6.1 3; or a. hold a license to teach in a public school in Indiana under IC § 20- b. be in the process of obtaining a license to teach in a public school in Indiana under the transition to teaching program set forth in IC § 20-6.1-3-11. The Organizer represents that any individual teaching at the Charter School under this option shall complete the transition to teaching program not later than three (3) years after beginning to teach at the Charter School.

The Organizer represents that any individual teaching at the Charter School under this option shall complete the transition to teaching program not later than three (3) years after beginning to teach at the Charter School.
