TEACHER TRANSFER PROCEDURES. The parties acknowledge the mutual understanding and agreement reached during negotiations to introduce a revised Teacher Transfer Procedure in the 2005-2006 school year for staff placement in effect for the 2006-2007 school year. The revised procedure shall be introduced as a pilot and will be subject to review by the parties. Amendments agreed upon by both parties, if any, shall be incorporated into the procedures for the subsequent school year during the term of this collective agreement.
