Teachers, except Teachers. Teaching On Call, and those teachers whose assignment is that of permanent Teacher Teaching On Call shall not be required: a. to perform the tuition or instructional duties of a teacher who is absent; b. to supervise the students of a teacher who is absent except in emergency situations.
