Teachers First Time Line to Report Possible Grievance (Informal Stage. A teacher who believes he or she has a grievance shall first discuss the matter with his/her principal personally or accompanied by an Association representative within six (6) days after the occurrence of the event upon which the grievance is based. It shall be the objective of both parties to resolve the matter in this informal manner. In the event the grievance is not settled in this manner, the following formal grievance procedures shall apply.
