Teacher's Right to Append Response. A teacher shall have the right to attach a written response to an evaluation, such response to be made within two weeks after signing of the original evaluation of the teacher.
Teacher's Right to Append Response. A teacher shall have the right to attach a written response to an evaluation within ten (10) school days after presentation of the original evaluation to the teacher. If such a response is submitted, it shall be signed and dated by the evaluating administrator, indicating only that the administrator has read and received the response, and shall be attached to the evaluation form before it is placed in the teacher’s employment file.
