Teachers who fail to give Notice. (a) If a teacher fails to give the notice specified in clause 12.3, an amount not exceeding the amount the teacher would have been paid under this Agreement in respect of the period of notice required by this clause less any period of notice actually given by the teacher, shall be payable by the teacher to the School.
