Teachers Without Professional. Status may be terminated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 71 of the General Laws of Massachusetts. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, no action of the School Committee or the Superintendent of Schools with respect to the retention or non-retention of a Teacher Without Professional Status and no action of any official of the school system based upon such action of the COMMITTEE or the Superintendent of Schools shall be made subject to the arbitration provision of this Agreement.
