Team Release and Waiver. Concurrent with the execution of the Agreement, Team Leader shall execute the Team Release and Waiver (in the form attached as Exhibit F to the Agreement) on behalf of the Team and the Team Entity. If Team fails to timely provide a Team Release and Waiver, as required pursuant to this Section 15.7, then Team shall be ineligible to participate in the Competition.
