Teaming Agreement. In the event the parties wish to jointly pursue an opportunity, for example, in connection with an RFP, they will execute a teaming agreement substantially in the form of the sample Teaming Agreement set forth in Attachment A to this Alliance Agreement.
Teaming Agreement. Attachment E includes a Teaming Agreement that governs the joint business development efforts of the Parties as of the Distribution Date. Attachment E identifies the joint business development efforts of the Parties in the form of specific solicitations and requests for proposals that the Parties are aware of and intend to jointly pursue. Should the Parties agree to modify Attachment E after the effective date of this MTC Agreement, the Teaming Agreement in Attachment E shall automatically be deemed to govern the updated list of opportunities in Attachment E without further action by the Parties.

HiEnergy and WSI agree to negotiate and enter into a teaming agreement which shall establish the manner in which HiEnergy and WSI may cooperate on government and commercial solicitations and include the following conditions if the Parties determine to team together on a specific opportunity:
Teaming Agreement. If Rockwell and COMPANY deem it appropriate, they may enter into one or more teaming agreements, subcontracts or other written agreements relating to defined opportunities with identified potential customers, pursuant to which the parties will cooperate in submitting bids or completing performance for identifiable projects and in which the roles of the parties with respect to the products and services to be provided will be agreed upon, such as designation of the prime contractor and subcontractor for the project and pricing. It is anticipated that the parties may vary their roles depending upon the particular opportunity to be pursued.
Teaming Agreement. TEAMING AGREEMENT" shall mean the TEAMING AGREEMENT between Raufoss A/S and Xxxx Corporation acting through its Defense Products Division ( now Ordnance Division) entered into on December 15, 1992, as well as any amendments or annexes thereto during the Term. Copies of the TEAMING AGREEMENT and any amendments or annexes thereto as of the Effective Date are attached hereto as Exhibit D.
