Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC). The IBLE affiliates located in Canada shall be organized into the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) which will be directly affiliated with Teamsters Canada. The TCRC Bylaws are designed to continue and establish within Teamsters Canada as much of the existing structure and operation of IBLE affiliates located in Canada within the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference as possible consistent with the IBT Constitution and the Bylaws of Teamsters Canada.
