Technical Accuracy Sample Clauses
Technical Accuracy. Owner shall not be responsible for discovering deficiencies in the technical accuracy of Engineer’s services. Engineer shall correct deficiencies in technical accuracy without additional compensation, unless such corrective action is directly attributable to deficiencies in Owner-furnished information.
Technical Accuracy. The Work complied with specific standards specified in this Agreement.
Technical Accuracy. All Services will be technically accurate and correct and performed in strict accordance with the provisions and requirements of this Agreement.
Technical Accuracy. The Work is accurate as measured against commonly accepted standard (for instance, a statistical formula, an industry standard, or de facto marketplace standard).

Engineer shall correct deficiencies in technical accuracy without additional compensation, unless such corrective action is directly attributable to deficiencies in PCCA-furnished information or an identifiable and documented change in conditions or circumstances impacting the Engineer’s work.
Technical Accuracy. The Work complied with specific standards specified in this Agreement and the Service Work Order. The Judicial Council’s acceptance of a Service or Material shall be evidenced only by a written notice of Acceptance and no other act or communication, or absence of the same shall be construed as an Acceptance. Acceptance by the Judicial Council does not relieve Consultant of its guaranteed obligations under this Agreement. If the Judicial Council’s Project Manager rejects Work, Consultant shall provide a cure in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. If the Judicial Council’s Project Manager does not accept Work and Consultant disputes such action, the Parties agree to first attempt to settle their dispute according to the disputes process set forth below.
Technical Accuracy. The Public Defender shall be responsible for the technical accuracy of its services and documents resulting therefrom, and the City shall not be responsible for discovering deficiencies therein. The Public Defender shall correct such deficiencies without additional compensation except to the extent such action is directly attributable to deficiencies in City-furnished information.
Technical Accuracy. The Service or Work is accurate as measured against commonly accepted practices (i.e. a statistical formula, an industry standard, or de facto marketplace standard), and concepts are presented logically and clearly.
Technical Accuracy. The Work complies with the standards of this Agreement, or, if this Agreement lacks an applicable standard for provision of the Work, the currently generally accepted industry standard for maintenance and operations of public facilities in the State of California.
Technical Accuracy. The Work contains an accurate translation in accordance with the requirements stated in section 2.1 above and, if applicable, is formatted in accordance with subparagraph G. of section 2.1 above.
