Technical Advisory Committee Representatives Sample Clauses
The Technical Advisory Committee Representatives clause defines the appointment and role of individuals who serve on a technical advisory committee within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for selecting representatives, their qualifications, and their responsibilities, such as providing expert guidance or making recommendations on technical matters relevant to the project or partnership. By clearly establishing who will serve as technical advisors and how they are chosen, this clause ensures that technical decisions are informed by qualified individuals, thereby promoting effective oversight and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding technical issues.
