Technical Advisory Committees Clause Samples

A Technical Advisory Committees clause establishes a group of experts or representatives tasked with providing technical guidance and recommendations for a project or ongoing operations. Typically, this committee reviews technical issues, evaluates project progress, and advises on solutions to complex problems, often meeting at regular intervals or as needed. The core function of this clause is to ensure that specialized knowledge is consistently applied to decision-making, thereby improving project outcomes and addressing technical challenges efficiently.
Technical Advisory Committees. An Occupational Program Technical Advisory Committee shall be established for each program. Committees shall be coordinated with Elgin Community College Career Programs Advisory Committees. The majority of the members of each Technical Advisory Committee will be members of the general public who are representative of private sector commerce, industry and labor. Representatives from Member District high schools will be invited to participate in appropriate Career Program Technical Advisory Committees.
Technical Advisory Committees. Police and Fire Technical Advisory Committees, to be composed of the Police and Fire Chiefs of the Member Agencies, or their designees, shall meet periodically with the Executive Director to assist and advise the Executive Director as to operational and procedural matters. Each Technical Advisory Committees shall select an individual to act as its chair. The chairs shall advise the Board at its regularly scheduled meetings, and otherwise as appropriate, of the needs of the operating departments serviced by SNOCOM.
