Technical Communications. Any technical or other communications pertaining to the Services shall be between O&M Contractor’s project manager and Owner’s Representative or other representatives as agreed by both Parties. Each Party shall notify the other in writing of the names of such representatives. O&M Contractor’s representatives shall be satisfactory to Owner, have knowledge of the Services and be available at all reasonable times for consultation.
