Common use of Technical Data Processor Clause in Contracts

Technical Data Processor. Must have the ability to provide general clerical and administrative tasks and duties as required in Technical Services and to provide support by maintaining various types of reports, files and systems such as Sinex, Artos, Promis, etc. In addition, may be assigned to provide administrative support to the Customs & Transportation work group and any other related clerical or auditing duties.
