Technical Requirements for Interconnection. 55.3.1. Interconnection at the Embarq Tandem (a) Interconnection to Embarq Tandem Switch(es) will provide CLEC local interconnection for local service purposes to the Embarq end offices and NXXs which subtend that tandem(s), where local trunking is provided, and access to the toll network.
